Sorry, I was totally off...

I didn't go to the gym last week end. I end up going out in Venice, drinking way too much and finishing the night with a K24 sandwich at 4:30 am... Shame on me.

There is absolutely no way to combine clubbing and loosing weight, anyway, not in LA.

On Saturday, I was so tired that I just remember walking on the beach and eating another sandwich ( a very  fatty ( but still ''healthy'') grilled sandwich I bought at my favourite spot a little bit off the boardwalk.  I went for a little rollerblading ballad with my friend and that's it. Nothing heavy.

On Sunday, I went for some cardio and little bit of abs. For some reason I am shy to hang out at the '' free weight spot'' with all those Mr Muscle. I am not sure if it's the fact that they are super big or super ''not into girls'' that intimidates me.

Today, I bought some hydroxycut, well I dunno If it's a good thing but it was half price off and it gives you energy ( to go out at night after the training ? That's honestly one of the reason I bought it for.... shame on me).  I went to the gym, I really wanted to check out the class schedule but totally forgot ( voluntarily ?) anyway, I arrived at the gym when the total body blast with Tafiq was staring. For some reason I just went in. It was fun, amazingly fun actually and I stayed for the abs blast.. let's say I had a blast and I am sooo going on Wednesday.

On my way out I saw my coach and I booked my appointment. I kind feel they have commission over selling pills and the crap they have in store. That sucks. I told him about the Hydroxycut, he advised me to go easy on them and to begin with only one. Will DO !
 I have to say I feel great and not that much out of shape anymore :)

Day 4- Traders Joe

Highly hungover, I went to Traders Joe grocery shopping. Helped by the challenge booklet I bought I bunch of good stuff, mostly frozen since I have a tendency to throw away food because they turn bad to fast. I noticed that no form of fat existed in the diet... I decided to buy extra virgin olive oil anyway.. just in case for salad dressing... I really want to win this 75k$ ...

I went to the gym also. Since I was almost dead, I decided to skip the weight training and did 30 minutes cardio and 2*30 abd. My partying habit highly interfere with the challenge....

After  going to half of the CVS in town and not finding any scale, I order it online. CAN'T WAIT !!!

I am kind of stressing out about the week end coming, I hope I won't go off tracks...

Day 3- Cardio and Devil food

I woke up with way less pain I was expecting.

Like Joe told me, I am doing 3 days of Cardio and 3 days of weight training. So today I jumped on the elliptical machine and did my hour of Cardio, Joe told me there is not much benefit to go over and hour so I just take it easy.

I really feel like taking a group class at GG but I feel a bit unconfident about it.

I read about the diet I have to follow. Seems quite healthy and it allows carb :p YEAH !

I went to my photography class and seems like the devil wanted me to eat bad. I had a good lunch and tons of water right before for lunch so I wasn't very tempted by the ice cream parthouse that followed. Furthermore, my friend in photography class ask me If I was modelling... made my day !! No Ice cream thank you !

I went to a party in the hills that night that turned out to be a Bday party. I had lots of drinks (champagne, vino, vodka shooters)  but I was glad we had sushi for dinner and I wasn't super hungry. I think I had 3 sashimi and 3 makis, mostly without rice. I was proud of myself being full fast.  For hours after, they brought a cake out, Tiramisu shortcake, we ate it with no plate directly from the cake... that was bad... shame on me :s

Day 2- The first appointment

For some reason my personal trainer did not want to train me anymore. I had a new one, will call him Joe ( I want to keep this as anonymous as possible). Joe had me done some exercises. After only  half of the training, I felt  I was gonna faint. I have always done exercise and I have to say I never ever felt that much pain in my whole body. Joe looked a bit fed up of me. He proposed me some training package but since I don't have money for it I just refused. He wanted me to buy a bunch of pills as well ( glutamine and BCAA).

After checking it out I decided to take BCAA but the side effect of glutamine ( depression ?) make me think it's not a so good idea to take it.

It was so hard that I totally don't want to spoil  the benefit by eating bad food.

I still have one training with him which is included in the contest. It was hard but I felt good after.

Day 1- The picture

I went to the gym today to get my picture taken for the challenge.  For some reason they had lost the sheet I filled out previously.

While I was putting on my bikini I glimpse at myself in the mirror. I was astonished by the  cellulite on my belly and how wide my hips were. I also had a muffin top. OMG, I felt depressed. I wasn't excited anymore. I just focus on how much work I have to do before being able to attend one of those pool party in Hollywood.

The guy took my measurements and I weight myself on the scale. I realized I gained about 10 pounds since I moved in LA. A little bit too much of those breakfast sandwiches at Kitchen 24 and shots must the cause.
My fat % is higher as well (22%).

I took a front and back picture. I felt super anxious about the back picture and felt like I had a huge butt. The picture was sent to me the same day. It wasn't too bad. I was glad I didn't loose all my tan from last summer ;)

I have to say that I came out of the Gold Gym not filling too good about myself.
